Terms of Service

MT3K is the brand under which Josue Diaz, an independent contractor in Puerto Rico, provides web development, application, automation, security and digital marketing services. By engaging or paying for a service you agree to these terms.
1. Services
I offer the design and development of websites, landing pages, applications, automation, SEO and related digital services. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing (message, quote or proposal) before work begins.
2. Quote and payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on the project, payment may be 100% upfront (small packages such as landing pages) or a 50% deposit to begin with the remaining 50% before launch. No work starts without the agreed payment or deposit.
Prices shown on mt3k.net are indicative and may vary based on the actual project scope. Any price change is communicated before charging.
3. Client responsibilities
To deliver on time I need you to provide the project content: copy, logo, images, access credentials and any necessary information. Delays in providing these materials may extend delivery timelines.
You represent that you own the rights to the content you provide (copy, images, trademarks). MT3K is not responsible for client-provided content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Revisions and delivery
Each project includes a reasonable round of revisions within the agreed scope. Major changes or work outside the original scope are quoted separately. Once approved and paid, the project is considered delivered.
5. Hosting and maintenance
Some packages include hosting of the site on an MT3K subdomain (for example, yourproject.web.mt3k.net) for a defined period. Hosting renewal or ongoing maintenance is billed separately. If you prefer your own domain or server, it is arranged as an add-on.
6. Ownership and source code
Once full payment is completed, the client owns the final delivered product. Delivery of the editable source code is an optional add-on; if not purchased, the site is delivered published and functional but the code remains managed by MT3K.
7. Limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional effort. MT3K does not guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, search rankings, traffic) as these depend on factors beyond my control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
