Refund Policy

Given the nature of custom digital work, I apply the following refund policy fairly and transparently.

Before work begins

If you have paid and I have not yet started the work, you may request a full refund of the amount paid, minus any non-refundable payment-processing fees charged by the gateway.

Work already started

Once work has started, payments for digital services are non-refundable, as they reflect time and resources already invested. Where work is partially complete, a partial refund proportional to the work not performed may be evaluated, at my reasonable discretion.

Deposits

Deposits to reserve and begin a project are non-refundable once work has started, as they reserve my time and availability.

Subscriptions (maintenance / hosting)

Recurring maintenance or hosting payments can be cancelled anytime to stop the next billing cycle. Already-paid periods are not refunded, but the service stays active until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

Write to contacto@mt3k.net with your name and payment details. I respond within 2 business days.
